As our world is beginning a new year, fraught with uncertainties, the world’s unelected leaders just met in Davos, Switzerland, for the World Economic Forum. Their biggest topic at hand was the next pandemic - Disease X. It isn’t with concern that they boast of its power to kill 50 million, but with a push to “get the world vaccinated.”
We must put 2024 into perspective. It isn’t just an election year for the west, but for half of the world’s population. The fate of the future of more than half the world’s countries, (representing 4.2 billion people), will be decided this year. The globalists know it, and the power grab is in play.
May we take ten steps back and see this chaos through the eyes of Scripture. Satan has always sought for world control, and his agenda is laid bare in the Word - “The thief (Satan) comes only to steal, kill and destroy” (John 10:10). This strategy is nothing new, and his agenda has always been pure evil, but it ISN’T greater than the God of Heaven and earth.
When the young Jewish boys were cast into the fiery furnace for refusing to bow down to the image, (notice that noncompliance honored God…), God, Himself, in the form of Jesus, met them in the fire. “Look! Nebuchadnezzar shouted. “I see four men unbound, walking around in the fire unharmed, and the fourth person looks like the Son of God” (Daniel 3:25).
Do we see that we’re not alone in this coming fire? Are we prepared to stand for truth in the face of madmen? This is a defining year. A crossroads. “Who is on the Lord’s side?”
“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” There is no safer place to be.
