From all we were able to know of Queen Elizabeth as onlookers, there is a sense of sadness that perhaps she was the last Monarch with a sense of accountability toward God. In her book, “The Servant Queen and the King She Serves” was wrote of her commitment to Christ… “For me, the teachings of Christ and my own personal accountability before God provide a framework in which I try to lead my life.” She spoke of Jesus as the “Anchor” for her soul.
Some have villainized her, some glorify her, and some yawn and say she was merely a symbolic figure. But the role of “Head of State” involved official duties that may have been more of a restraining force against globalism than some realize. She didn’t seem to share the public expressions of her husband and son, that the world is overpopulated, and drastic measures must be taken to reduce it. The Queen represented “nationalism,” but Charles is for “globalism” and will pursue it.
While globalists are racing for their wine glasses to celebrate, it’s important to remember that Charles is now sovereign over 16 countries and has put his name in to lead the New World Order. Members of Parliament and the House of Lords swear allegiance to their new king today, but the formal coronation ceremony will be held sometime within the next year.
The Lord asks us to pray for “kings and for all that are in authority,” for our peace, and their salvation. We will pray, and watch these end-time unfold, while we fix our eyes on the return of our Lord Jesus Christ, “which in His times He shall show, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords.” – (1 Timothy 6:15).
