“The LORD shall go forth as a mighty warrior, He shall awaken jealousy like a Man of War: He shall cry, yea, roar; He shall prevail against His enemies. ‘I have for a long time held My peace. I have been still and refrained Myself. Now, I will cry out like a travailing woman. I will destroy and devour at once.” – (Isaiah 42:13,14)
“The LORD shall roar from on high and utter His voice from His holy habitation. He shall mightily roar upon His habitation. He shall give a shout, as those who tread the grapes against all the inhabitants of the earth. A roar shall come to the ends of the earth, for the Lord has a controversy with the nations…” – (Jeremiah 25:30,32)
“They shall walk after the LORD: He shall roar like a lion. When He shall roar, then the children shall tremble from the West. They shall tremble as a bird out of Egypt, and as a dove out of the land of Assyria…” – (Hosea 11:10,11)
“The LORD also shall roar out of Zion and utter His voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake, but the LORD will be the hope of His people, and the strength of the children of Israel.” – (Joel 3:16)
“The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter His voice from Jerusalem, and the habitations of the shepherds (leaders) shall mourn…” – (Amos 1:2)
“For the LORD Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the LORD. Wherefore, comfort one another with these words.” – (1 Thessalonians 4:16-18)
No one’s going to miss it. Every eye will see. Every ear will hear. Those who listen to His voice today and follow Him have nothing to fear on that day. But those ignoring Him? Either people flee to Him for eternal safety, or they will flee from Him, and not escape.
