“The one who overcomes, and keeps My works to the end, to him will I give power (authority) over the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as vessels of pottery shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of My Father. And I will give him the Morning Star” (Revelation 2:26).
We all feel powerless in the battle against corrupt politics. We sign petitions that never do any good, we vote, we write, and we stand with those who stand. But our real power is to pray like Elijah, for prayers are petitions that will be answered by Heaven’s Throne. And our strongest work is to keep doing Jesus’ works till He returns, for He’s looking for ‘overcomers’ for administrative roles for His Kingdom...
“Whoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith. Who is the one who overcomes the world? The one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God” (1 John 5:4,5).
So to those who stand by God’s Word as the final Authority for life on earth, who can’t be bought with bribes; who refuse to turn aside to lies; who will never seek the praises of men over the praises of God; who believe God has made from one blood-line all nations of the earth and therefore treat people equally; who believe children should be protected; who believe souls are precious and are unashamed to take the Gospel around their neighborhood or the globe… an executive position awaits you that can’t be stolen.
The wicked foolishly assume they will always hold power and there will be no accountability. Perhaps they don’t know Jesus is already picking His leadership team, and All-Power is His.
