A recent Canadian Human Rights Commission report declared, “Celebrating Christmas is evidence of colonial bias and is discriminatory to the minority who are not Christians.” Therefore, the government has ordered that Christmas be removed from all Federal calendars.
This removal is not intended to leave a void, but is part of a strategic process to bring in an Antichrist agenda… “He (Antichrist) shall speak arrogant words against the Most High… and think to change times (the calendar) and laws (Constitutions)” (Daniel 7:25). First they must “make the way of truth to be evil spoken of” (2 Peter 2:2).
But the best defense is a good offense. The Lord told us to go big, bold, and public… “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do men light a lamp, and put it under a bushel, but on a lampstand, that it may give light to all that are in the house. Let your light SO SHINE before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in Heaven” (Matthew 5:16).
Darkness cannot overcome Christ’s Light. He promised that we would never walk in darkness. His Light has to be removed in order for darkness to have full sway. Just as the captives of Israel are being returned under the name “Operation Heaven’s Door,” one day soon the Door of Heaven will open, and we will be called out of this dark place of evil, into the place where Light dwells. The stage is being set.
In this time of spiritual darkness, Christmas, with all its lights, is a message of triumphant hope. What a privilege to, “Show forth the praises of Him who called us out of darkness into His marvelous light.”
