“Say among the nations that the LORD reigns: the world shall be established that it shall not be moved: He shall judge the people righteously. Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fulness of it. Let the field be joyful, and all that is in it: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice before the Lord – for He is coming! For He comes to judge the earth: He shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with His truth (Psalm 96:10-13).
When Christ returns all creation will exult. The Bible tells us… “The intense anticipation of creation is waiting for the revelation of the children of God. For all creation was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but because of Him who has subjected them in hope, because the creation itself shall be made free from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now…
And not only they, but ourselves also, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption (lit: sonship: when Christ returns to bring us Home), that is, the redemption of our body” – (Romans 8:19-23).
And if all creation waits with intense anticipation, how much more shall we, who are made in His image and redeemed by His blood, delight in His appearing? There is no balm for our hearts like anticipating (and preparing) to see our Lord face to face, which is why the truth of His appearing is always accompanied by the phrase… “Wherefore, comfort one another with these words.”
And if you flip to the end of the Bible, where we are standing in Heaven with Christ before the Tribulation begins, you will read these words (on picture) …
Hallelujah! Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
